What is Horton Components?
Horton Components is one of the leading manufacturers of MDF related products in the country. Along with picture frame moulding and architectural moulding, we also produce cabinet components, and decorative panels.
Where is Horton Components located?
We are located about 70 miles southeast of Atlanta in Eatonton, GA.
How do I place an order?
The easiest way would be to call us at 706-485-7796 and ask to speak to one of our salesmen. Otherwise, in the "contact us" section of this website, email our customer service dept. and they will have one of our salesmen contact you.
What are your lead times?
Lead times do vary so please check with your salesman, but generally to produce and ship an order we require a 3-week lead-time.
What is the minimum size order I can place?
We are a volume manufacturer of picture frame moulding and ask that all orders be a minimum of 3000 ft. per item, per color. Because of these requirements, we are able to offer our customers extremely competitive pricing.
Can I create my own frame?
Absolutely. You can choose from our library of hundreds of profiles and colors to create a custom piece to suit your customer's needs. If you have a profile that we currently do not offer but you would like for us to create, we would ask that either you pay the cost for making the profile upfront, or you meet a minimum order of 30,000 ft. of that specific profile.
What lengths does the moulding come in?
Most of our picture frame moulding comes in 9 ft. and 10 ft. lengths. Architectural moulding comes in many lengths from 7'-10'.
What are your pay terms?
All companies must be approved through our credit department. During this time, terms of credit will be established. All major credit cards accepted.
How can I keep moulding runs separated?
All millwork varies from run to run. All of the boxes you receive from us will be dated and sometimes color-coded. Please keep dates along with color codes together during your production. This will help to keep your production consistent.
